Shipping & Delivery.

General Parcel Shipping From Our Store Locations

All Domestic U.S. shipping is by basic ground transportation carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS.
Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Please
note your order may encounter delays once shipped due increased shipping volume or inclement
weather which is out of our control. Please note shipping rates are calculated based on the original
retail price/full order value/weight.

General Domestic Shipping

In stock (excludes custom pieces) items ship within 2-4 weeks.


White Glove Delivery is only applicable for our Large Furniture items only. White Glove Delivery will not be applied to small items, include decor & art.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping for domestic orders within the 48 contiguous states. By selecting
expedited shipping at checkout (excluding holidays). Oversized or large furniture items are not eligible
for expedited shipping. Due to high shipping volumes and demand, please note that shipping carriers
are experiencing delays nationwide. GFG will not be held responsible for carrier delays due to weather
and/or other circumstances out of our control.

Local Delivery

Local furniture delivery is available. This service is available in a 200 mile radius from within Crosslake,
MN and Baxter, MN area, incurring a flat rate of $200. To determine eligibility contact us at and select “local delivery” at time of checkout.

In-Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is available for a majority of our items and is dependent upon stock availability.

Please allow 3-5 business days for a response as we procure your item. Once your item is ready to collect, we will contact you to arrange collection.

Customised Furniture & Oversized Items

Most made to order (custom) furniture and oversized items will be shipped via freight carriers which
have extended processing and delivery times. The quoted lead time for custom furniture reflects the
production and processing time of the item before it leaves the manufacturing warehouse. Typically
once the item has reached the designated warehouse, the item will ship within 2-4 weeks.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email regarding your shipment and carrier.
Most carriers schedule deliveries Monday through Friday between 9-5pm. Rural areas may have
reduced delivery windows due to limited routes and may take longer than usual. Your freight carrier
will contact you within 1-2 days of delivery to finalize delivery, typically with a 4-hour window.
Please note that if your order contains multiple made-to-order/custom items with varying lead times,
delivery will be consolidated into one shipment with the latest quoted lead time. Should you prefer to
receive your items in separate shipments, please note this will incur additional delivery fees. Select
oversized custom furniture is delivered via white glove delivery service which includes a two-man
delivery team, in-home placement in the room of your choosing, and removal of any packaging. Please
note, our white glove delivery service does not include the removal of any existing furniture. For ease
of delivery, please ensure the space is prepped for placement of your order prior to delivery.
Any non-custom furniture that does not fit within standard delivery packaging requirements will be
shipped via freight carrier. Oversized items will be delivered curbside unless otherwise noted as “White
Glove”. Please note that white glove delivery is dependent upon the availability of the service with each
freight carrier and is not always available. If you would like to confirm if your item is shipped white
glove, please contact before placing an order. GFG makes every
effort to offer white glove delivery in most instances; however, it is not a guarantee that a 3rd party
carrier offers white glove delivery service.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the finished product will fit inside entry points upon
delivery of the item. The Great Furniture Gallery will not be held responsible if the piece does not fit
into the buyer’s home. If this situation occurs, customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee for the
returned item pending approval from The Great Furniture Gallery, in addition to any return shipping
costs. Furniture must be returned in its original packaging. All custom furniture is final sale and not
eligible for return. Made-to-order cushions may ship separately.

Freight Carriers

All other shipments and deliveries are carried out via third party delivery companies.
We ask that you inspect your items upon delivery and provide a signature upon receipt. GFG will not
be held responsible for any damages after the item(s) have left our showroom/warehouse. It is the
responsibility of the recipient to inspect all items before signing the bill of lading or allowing the driver
to leave. Should any transit damage be discovered please contact us immediately and notate in
thorough detail on the bill of lading. Should you discover any damage after the delivery has been
accepted without notating on the bill of lading we will not be able to file a damage claim with the
appropriate company. GFG will happily accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is
determined to be a manufacturing issue.

Shipping To PO Box

At this time, we do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US. To arrange international delivery, we
recommend using a freight forwarding company that will ship to your country. Please note customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.

Lead Times

We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery. Backordered items

These dates are estimates and are subject to change. Estimated backorder dates do not reflect shipping and processing time; please allow an additional 1-3 weeks for your item to ship.

Damaged, Stolen or Missing Shipment

In the unlikely event of transit damages or manufacturing defects, we want to ensure your utmost
satisfaction. Please make sure to inspect your merchandise thoroughly upon delivery. For items
shipped to a receiving warehouse, inspection upon receipt is essential.
If you come across any damages or defects, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 48
hours of delivery for prompt assistance at Please do not discard

48-hour period will be subject to review, but we'll do our best to provide a resolution.
