Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

We understand the importance of keeping you in the loop regarding your order. As the status of your order evolves, we will proactively update you via email. Our aim is to provide you with a seamless experience, ensuring that you are always informed and aware of any changes related to your purchase. What if an item is backordered?

When will my payment be processed?

Your payment will be processed and collected at the time you place your order, regardless of the lead time or
back order dates of products.

Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed?

We encourage you to reach out to us directly at chatGFG@greatfurnituregallery.com or by giving us a ring at
(218) 765-4082. Our team will be more than happy to assess the status of your original order(s) and explore available options. Rest assured, we will go the extra mile to combine your order(s) whenever feasible, aiming to prevent any additional shipping charges. Don't hesitate to get in touch, and we'll do our utmost to assist you!

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders with in-stock inventory will typically be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). Large in-stock furniture items will ship in 2-4 weeks. Back ordered items will be full-filled based on availability and back in-stock. Made to order items are made based on the lead times displayed on each product page which does not include shipment time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. For all types of orders, you will receive tracking information via email as soon as it's shipped.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Returns

How do I make a return?


If an item is marked as eligible for return, please reach out to us at chatGFG@greatfurnituregallery.com and include your order and contact information. We will reply with the next steps.

Can I cancel my order?

We get it – life happens, and plans can change. If your order hasn’t hit the road yet and processing hasn’t
begun with our vendors, don’t sweat it! We're happy to cancel it for you and refund your payment. (Typically,
vendor processing takes around 1-2 business days, so as long as it's within that time frame, we should have you covered.)

Can I return an item that has been placed online, in-store?

Yes! If an item is listed as able to be returned, you can stop by one of our Brick-and-Mortar locations and a
member of the sales staff will assist you.

Yes! - We understand the work that designers put into projects and offer a 10% trade discount for industry
