Returns Policy

We do not accept product returns unless the item was damaged in shipping. We thoughtfully curate all products on our site from many sources that we trust will portray our signature GFG style. We encourage you to thoroughly read our product descriptions, measure your space, and reach out to us with any questions at chatgfg@greatfurnituregallery.com prior to making your purchase so we can help ensure you have all the information you need to make your purchase.

In the instance of a special circumstance and a refund is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee calculated off the invoice total, not the item total. All credits are issued in the form of a store credit.

Cancellation Policy

At The Great Furniture Gallery, all online sales are final, and we have a no-cancellation policy on all orders. Once an order is placed, our fulfillment process begins immediately. This includes allocating inventory, coordinating with our vendors and shipping partners, and preparing items for release. Because of this, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted.

Before placing your order, please review the estimated shipping timeframe listed with each item on our website. While we work hard to provide the most accurate stock availability and delivery estimates, unforeseen delays in production or transit may occur. If there are any changes to your estimated shipping timeframe, our team will notify you as soon as we receive updates from our manufacturers or carriers.

Theft policy

The Great Furniture Gallery does not cover instances of theft.

When tracking numbers say the package has been delivered, we assume it to be true. Unfortunately, in the case of theft, we are not able to cover it. We apologize if theft was what happened and sincerely hope that the package turns up.
